A mock interview, also known as a practice interview, is a simulation of an actual job interview. It provides job seekers with an opportunity to practice for an interview and receive feedback on their interviewing skills.  This process helps candidates gain confidence with the chance to reflect on their non-verbal and verbal communication abilities. It also provides an opportunity for interviewees to make mistakes and work on correcting them in a safe atmosphere. Department of Computer Science has organized Mock Interview for the BCA final year students. The guest interviewer invited was Mr. Dipen Singh Goutam who is working as Senior Software Developer at Bigmint IT software company, Raipur. This event helped the students to understand what is expected in a real job interview. It also helps the student to improve his/her self-presentation. At this event Principal of the college Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Vice Principal Dr. G. Padma Gouri, Head of the Department Mrs. Pooja Rathi and all the staff members were present. Principal Dr. Kuldeep Dubey in his speech highlighted the benefit of this event that Mock interviews are like study sessions that build your ability to perform well and boost your confidence. The program ended up with the motivational message by HOD, Mrs. Pooja Rathi. Altogether, the program was a huge success with the help and guidance of Mrs. Abhilasha Khare, Ms. Rupali Sharma, Ms. Neha Sahu and Mr. Digvijay Singh and complete coordination of the students.
